Through the program seniors will increase balance & coordination, strength, flexibility, and not only physical health but mental health.

Boom Fit is a program designed by a Senior Fitness Specialist with years of education and experience. When working with Boom Fit you can expect a safe and effective routine that specifically targets the needs of people age 55 and older.
Kristin first started in home fitness training in 2004. A typical client was in their thirties or forties trying to lose 10 to 15 pounds. It was not until 2013 when she had the opportunity to take on a client who was in his eighties, who wanted to live his best life. Taking on a new client challenge was the reward she needed to see the real change she could make.
With a new passion and continued education, Boom Fit was born.
